Terms and Conditions

By submitting an entry to the EAIA President’s Award, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Open to students enrolled in accredited architecture programs in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda as listed.
• One registration equals one entry.

2. Submission Requirements

• Entries must follow the stated format, naming, and submission guidelines.
• Deadline: June 13, 2025, at 23:59:59 EAT.
• Late or non-compliant submissions will be disqualified.

3. Anonymity

This is an anonymous competition. Entries must not contain any personal identifiers apart from the assigned unique ID number.

4. Intellectual Property

• All submissions become the property of EAIA.
• EAIA reserves the right to publish entries in print or digital formats.

5. Jury and Evaluation

• Contacting jury members is strictly prohibited.
• All decisions by the jury are final and not subject to appeal.

6. Modifications and Disqualification

• EAIA may change competition dates or procedures at its discretion.
• Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification.

7. Acceptance

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and all related regulations.
